Closing Ceremony of the Fifth Biennial of Book Cartoons Wednesday, November 10, with the presence of Alireza Mokhtarpour, Secretary General of Public Libraries, Mohammad Hossein Niroumand, Artistic Advisor to the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Massoud Shojaei Tabatabai, Secretary of the Fifth Biennial of Book Cartoons, Nasser Feyz Shaer The National Public Libraries Foundation and a group of cartoon and cartoon artists performed by Mansour Zabetian in the assembly hall of the Central Library of Tehran City Park.
Winners in the professional Section:
Oleksi Kostovsky from Ukraine won First prize:honorable mention, trophy, 1500 €
Majid Amini from Iran won second prize: honorable mention, trophy, 1000 €.
Saman Torabi from Iran won honorable mention, trophy, 500 €
were introduced and honored as the first to third winners of the 5th International Biennial of Cartoon Books in the professional section, respectively, representing the Ukrainian Embassy in Iran received his award on behalf of Alexei Kostovsky.
Oleksiy Kustovsky, the winner of the fifth biennial of the cartoon cartoon in a video message that was broadcast at the ceremony, praised the organizers of the fifth biennial of the cartoon book competition and Masoud Shojaei Tabatabai, director of the Iranian Cartoon House, said:
