Original works only.
Minimum format: A4 (210 × 297 mm)
Maximum format: A3 (297 × 420 mm)
Technique: Free choice.
Use of computers during the creative process is permitted.
Caricatures may be submitted by post or electronically.
Digital files must be sent in JPEG format.
Resolution: 300 dpi.
Maximum file size: 4 MB.
Selected authors must send the original caricatures.
Computer-generated caricatures must also be submitted as printed A4 copies, personally signed and marked with the indication "No1".
Written Form
Satirical short story, poem or aphorism.
Maximum length: Two typed pages.
Maximum number of aphorisms: 20.
Written works must be unpublished.
Written entries must be submitted exclusively under a code.
Three printed copies must be sent by post.
Each author may participate under only one code.

The awards will be presented during the closing ceremony of the festival.
For each category only one prize will be awarded.
The jury reserves the right not to award prizes if the submitted works do not meet the required quality standards.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Only unpublished works will be considered.
All submitted works remain the property of the Festival.
The organizer has the right to use submitted works for the promotion of the Festival.
