Conditions:
You may submit photocopies (no return) of up to three cartoons per contestee
A single item should not exceed a size of 297 x 420 mm and must be colored
The cartoons may not contain any words
The Sender’s Address must be clearly indicated on the back of each photocopy, where applicable containing the contestant‘s Facebook Address
