Theme: "Seas and Oceans – Planetary Wealth in Danger",Satirical Portrait of Bouali Mbarek

Themes:
Cartoon Section: "Seas and Oceans – Planetary Wealth in Danger"
 Oceans cover over 70% of the Earth’s surface and are vital for oxygen production, climate regulation, food, medicine, and biodiversity. However, this planetary treasure is under threat due to marine pollution (especially plastic and chemicals) and overfishing. Artists are invited to raise awareness and encourage collective action to protect our blue wealth.
Caricature Section: Satirical Portrait of Bouali Mbarek
 Participants are asked to create a satirical portrait of Bouali Mbarek, a Moroccan cartoonist residing in Canada. His works are known for addressing social and political themes affecting Morocco and the world. His career spans collaborations with both Moroccan and international media, including Hespress, one of Morocco’s largest news platforms.

Entry Rules:
Cartoon Section:
- Maximum of two (2) entries per participant 
- Works must not have been published, exhibited, or awarded in Morocco or abroad 
- Format: A4 size, 300 dpi resolution, JPG/JPEG format, free technique 
Caricature Section:
- One (1) entry per participant 
General:
- Artists agree to the competition rules and decisions of the jury 
- Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified 
- Submitted works remain with the organizers and may be used for exhibitions or promotional purposes (web, print, media, etc.) without additional permission or compensation 
- Jury members will be honorary participants in the exhibition only (not eligible for prizes)
