REGULATION – CARICATURE SECTION
The International Festival of Satirical Graphics “SAUL STEINBERG” (First International Edition)
The contest is open to cartoonists worldwide.
The festival includes a Satirical Graphics Section, divided into two subsections:
Humorous drawing with the theme: “STAR, STARS” and subsequent derivatives
Portrait with the theme: “SAUL STEINBERG – caricaturist of the world”
Up to 3 works may be submitted.
Each submission must include a CV (in Romanian or English) with full name, address, phone number, email, country of origin, copy of ID or passport, and IBAN.
Format: JPG, 300 dpi resolution
Size: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)

Selected works will appear in the 2025 “SAUL STEINBERG” Satirical Graphics Salon.
The jury, composed of internationally recognized artists, will select the winners.
Works will not be returned and will remain in the festival archive.
The organizers reserve the right to exhibit or publish submissions.
