-Up to 3 works per person. Both hand-drawn (scanned) and digital works are accepted
-One-cut cartoon in A3 size or smaller (JPG, 300 dpi or higher)

The prize money is based on USD. The final amount paid may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of the announcement.
-Any taxes or fees related to the prize money are the sole responsibility of the winner.
