Suggested Topics: Sharing blue skies and clear waters to protect our common home; sharing cultures and arts to deepen mutual understanding; sharing technological achievements for the benefit of all; sharing joys and soothing sorrows with kindness; sharing food, knowledge, stories and songs to connect hearts; and other subjects related to the theme of sharing.
Eligibility: Open to cartoonists, illustrators and art enthusiasts from all over the world.
Categories: Adult Group (18 years and above) and Youth Group (Under 18).
Submission Deadline: August 15, 2026.
Artwork Requirements: Entries must be original. Cartoons, illustrations and all painting styles are accepted. Works must be submitted in JPG format, 300 dpi, minimum 2 MB, maximum 10 MB, with the longest side at least 3000 pixels. Both single artworks and series are accepted. Each participant may submit up to 20 works. Every submission must include a title and a brief description. AI-assisted works are allowed but must be clearly marked as "AI-generated". Participants must provide their email address and phone number. Youth participants and university students in the Adult Group should also provide their school name and grade.
Awards:
Adult Group
Gold Prize: 1 winner, ¥30,000 CNY (before tax), certificate and portfolio book.
Silver Prize: 2 winners, ¥20,000 CNY (before tax), certificate and portfolio book.
Bronze Prize: 3 winners, ¥10,000 CNY (before tax), certificate and portfolio book.
Outstanding Prize: 10 winners, certificate and portfolio book.
Excellence Prize: 100 winners, certificate and portfolio book.
Youth Group
Outstanding Prize: 100 winners, certificate and digital portfolio book.
Judging Period: August to September 2026.
Awards Ceremony: September to October 2026.
Submission: Participants must register and upload their works through the official submission website. Entries will be judged separately in the Adult and Youth categories.
