Eligibility:
Open to individuals aged 18 or above (as of 18 May 2025), from any country. No entry fee is required.
Submission Guidelines:
Illustration Category:
Up to 3 entries
A3 size (297mm x 420mm), JPG format, 300 dpi, max 10MB
Must be original, unpublished, not submitted elsewhere
No AI-generated work, no photographs or clip art
Include a 30–100 word description per artwork
No identifying marks (signatures, logos, etc.)
Animated Video Category:
Up to 3 entries
10–15 seconds long
9:16 (1080x1920) or 1:1 (1080x1080) aspect ratio
MP4 or MOV format, max 30MB
No voiceovers; text must be in English
Background music is encouraged (must be copyright-free)

Prize Delivery:
Cash prizes will be paid in Euros via bank transfer. Winners must provide valid bank account details and identification.

Only individual entries accepted
Each participant can win only one prize
Organisers retain the right to use submitted works for exhibitions and promotion (with credit, no additional payment)
All disputes subject to Hong Kong law
