This is Pavla Kovarikova.
She is a doctor fighting Covid-19 in the Czech Republic. Along with other doctors, nurses, and medical staff all around the world, she is a fighter. A fighter amongst a foe that we don't know how to combat, and there is no cure yet. She is bravely fighting to save lives.
She is also exhausted, overwhelmed, understaffed, and even terrified, but she fights through, for others. She has heartbrakingly watched other people die, and afraid she will contract the virus herself, working in buildings filled with sick people face to face. She is saving the world. Look closer at her.
Her name is Pavla Kovarikova.
