Participation Conditions
The competition is open to cartoonists from all countries.
Only original works created after January 1, 2026, are accepted.
Submitted works must not have been published previously.
Submitted works must not have been entered into other competitions.
Submitted works must not have received awards elsewhere.
Each participant may submit a maximum of two cartoons.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated cartoons are not accepted.

Technical Requirements
Digital submissions must be sent in JPG format.
Postal submissions must be sent in A3 or A4 format.
Artists may use any technique.

Awards for Adults
First Prize: 500 Euro
Second Prize: 300 Euro
Third Prize: 200 Euro
George Gavrilean Prize for debut artists from Bucovina: 200 Euro
Awards for Participants Under 18
First Prize: 100 Euro
Second Prize: 50 Euro
Third Prize: 25 Euro
Results
Winners will be announced online by July 7, 2026.
Diplomas will be sent by post.
Prize money will be transferred by bank transfer.
Additional Information
The jury may decide not to award a prize.
The jury may redistribute prizes if necessary.
Additional awards may be granted by sponsors, associations, media organizations, institutions, companies, or private donors.
Submitted works will not be returned.
All submitted works become part of the Festival Collection.
The organizers reserve the right to reproduce and publish submitted works while always crediting the author.
Special Condition
The winner of the First Prize will be invited to serve as a jury member, on a voluntary basis, for the next edition of the festival.
If the winner declines, the invitation will be offered to the next prizewinner.
