The Prahova branch of the Union of Professional Journalists from Romania kindly invites you to participate in the international exhibition “THE BEST PORTRAIT ARTIST IN DECEMBER 2025”.

Theme 1:
Writers Mihai Eminescu and/or Ion Luca Caragiale

Theme 2:
Great writers of the world

You may send one or more portraits for each theme.

PRIZES & REGULATIONS

Prizes:
(To be announced by the organizers.)

Regulations:

• You may send one or more portraits.

• The size of each drawing must be minimum 21 cm and maximum 42 cm,
  at a resolution of 300 dpi (pixels/inch), best quality.

• Please do not send photos of your drawing.
  Only scanned or computer-generated drawings will be accepted.

• The organizers prefer portraits or illustrations, not caricatures.

EXHIBITION

The exhibition will open simultaneously in several cities in Romania on
January 15, 2026 (National Culture Day).
