1. Eligibility: Open to all adult cartoonists/caricaturists.

2. Format: A4 vertical; any technique and style.

3. Submission Format: JPG, TIF, or PDF – min. 300 dpi resolution.

5. Jury: Composed of arts and communication professionals. Decisions are final.
