21st INTERNATIONAL CARTOON FESTIVAL SOLIN 2026 (CROATIA)

PARTICIPATION
The festival is organized by the Solin Tourist Board in partnership with the Cultural Centre Zvonimir and the Public Library Solin.

The competition is open to all cartoonists regardless of nationality, age, gender, or profession.

REGULATIONS
• Maximum 3 cartoons per author.
• Cartoons may be in black and white or color.
• Entries must be submitted in JPEG format, up to 300 dpi, maximum 3 MB per file.
• ZIP, RAR, or other compressed files will not be accepted.
• A short CV must accompany the submission.
• AI-generated works are not accepted.
• Previously awarded cartoons will not be accepted.

EXHIBITION
Selected works will be exhibited at the Gallery of the Cultural Centre "Zvonimir", Solin, on September 17, 2026.

OTHER CONDITIONS
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce submitted works for promotional and publicity purposes related to the festival without additional compensation to the authors.

Participation in the festival implies acceptance of all competition rules.
