Regulations
The competition is open to cartoonists from all countries.
Each artist may submit up to two artworks for each theme.
Artworks may be in color or black and white.
Entries must be submitted in JPEG format, A3 size, at 300 dpi.
AI-generated artworks are not accepted.
The artist's name and country must accompany each submitted artwork.
The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted artworks for exhibitions, publications, promotional materials, and related purposes.
All selected participants will receive a digital certificate and a digital exhibition catalog.
Prizes
First Prize: USD 500
Second Prize: USD 300
Third Prize: USD 200
Prizes will be awarded only in Theme 2 (Caricature Portrait of Mumtaz Haidari).
