Competition Name: 11th International Cartoon Festival "Kolašin 2026"

Deadline: July 31, 2026.

Themes:

1. Mountain Tourism (Main Theme): Covering all aspects of mountain tourism throughout the year, including rafting, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, picking wild berries, mountain villages and towns, rivers, lakes, healthy food, and healthy lifestyles.

2. Portrait Caricature: Miodrag Dado Djurić, the renowned Montenegrin painter who lived and worked in Paris.

Eligibility: Open to cartoonists and caricature artists from all countries.

Regulations: Each participant may submit a maximum of one work per theme (maximum two works in total). Each entry must include the author's full name, country, and artwork number (for example: John Smith, USA 1). Technique and artwork size are unrestricted. Winners must send or personally deliver the original artwork for the awards ceremony.

Prizes:

• First Prize: €1,000, trophy, diploma, and T-shirt featuring the winning artwork.

• Second Prize: €500, trophy, diploma, and T-shirt featuring the winning artwork.

• Third Prize: €300, trophy, diploma, and T-shirt featuring the winning artwork.

• Best Portrait Caricature Prize: €400, trophy, diploma, and T-shirt featuring the winning artwork.

• Five Special Awards: Festival Diplomas for both competition themes.

Jury Results: The jury's decision will be announced on August 1, 2026, and published on international cartoon websites.

Awards Ceremony: August 2026 at the Cultural Center in Kolašin, Montenegro.
