As a part of Culture Ministry initiative (stay at home.. Culture between your hands) We're honored to invite you to watch a panoramic view of the 4th international cartoon gathering which was held from 7-17 May 2017 in palace of Arts, Cairo opera House via Fine Arts sector website.

The gathering organized by foreign cultural relation sector, fine arts sector in cooperation with Egyptian Caricature Association.

The fourth gathering ran under the theme of women and included 500 cartoons  submitted by 272 artists from 64 countries.
