Open to artists worldwide regardless of nationality, age, or gender:Caricaturists, cartoonists, illustrators, painters, graphic designers, sculptors, printmakers, craftsmen, etc.
Maximum 15 works per artist.
Artwork size: A3 (42 × 30 cm).
Technique & medium: Unlimited✅ Painting, printmaking, traditional Chinese painting, oil, watercolor, sculpture, design, crafts, etc.❌ AI-generated works are not accepted

Accepted works may be printed in brochures, posters, world press, and other promotional materials.
As works are digital, they will not be returned.
All copyrights remain with the artists.The organizer may use selected works on the website and other media for exhibition promotion.
Participation implies full acceptance of all regulations and the jury’s final decision.
