INTERNATIONAL SALON OF CARICATURE AND SATIRICAL GRAPHICS within „CONSTANTIN TANASE" HUMOR FESTIVAL Edition a XXVII-a, Vaslui, 11 — 18 september 2022
RULES OF PARTICIPATION
The „Stefan cel Mare" County Museum Vaslui announces a new edition of the International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics Contest — organized within the „Constantin Tanase" Humor Festival in Vaslui. The competition of the International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics aims to discover,promote and bring together the creators of caricature and satirical graphics from everywhere.
1. The „Constantin Tanase" Humor Festival in Vaslui will take place between September 11 — 18 ,2022.
2. The International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics organized within this Humor Festival includes a single section that will have as theme: „We woke up from the pandemic /And I cried as much as I could :/And what did I do whit that?".
3. At The International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics can participate gender creators from the country and abroad, without age limit.
4. THE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION are:
a) participation in this section requires a minimum of 3 (three) original, unwarded and unpublished works.
b) the works presented will not exceed the A3 dimensions (297 x 420 mm), the creative techniques used in the work are free to choose.
c) only original works that respect the proposed theme will be accepted, copes of works or works sent by electronic means will not be accepted, (these will NOT be accepted for the competition).
d) on the reverse side,each paper will have the name, surname, address of the participant and phone number.
e) the persons who works directly whit the organizing committee of the „Constantin Tanase" Humor Festival or with the jury of the contest cannot participate in the contest,including up to his relatives of the second degree.
candidates who wants to participate in this contest must know that they are responsible for the veracity of the information and the authorship of the submitted works, being held responsible under the law, during and after the contest if they prove guilty of copyright infringement.
5. The work will be deposited or sent (shipped) in packages until August, 22, 2022 (post date)

The envelope will be mentioned: „for the Contest of the International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics".
The organizers are not responsible for the loss of transport.
6.The organizers reserve the right to make available to the press the works presented in order to promote this year' s edition of the „Constantin Tanase" Humor Festival in Vaslui, without the claims of the authors of the works to copyright.
7. All the submitted works will enter the patrimony of the County Museum „5tefan cel Mare" Vaslui —which has been hoarding for 50 years what is most representative in the Romanian caricature.
8. The jury of „The International Salon of Caricature and Satirical Graphics" will consist of 3 (three) distinguished members in the field of caricature and satirical graphics, persoanalities of culture and art and will judge the works on the criteria of creativity, originality and respect of the theme of the contest.The section will be made by the contest jury, its decisions must be accepted by the participants, without being able to be contested.
9. At the Salon- Contest „Constantin Tanase" Humor Festival", the jury will award the prizes and trophies specific to the Humor Festival„Constantin Tanase" and the winners will be announced in due time on the date of their presence in Vaslui.
