An artistic celebration expressing the world’s pride, admiration, and joy for the opening of the largest cultural and archaeological museum in the world — a tribute to Egypt’s ancient civilization and its timeless heritage.

🧾 Participation Rules and Regulations:
1️⃣ Eligibility:
Open to all professional and amateur cartoonists from around the world.
2️⃣ Number of Works:
Each artist may submit up to two (2) artworks.
3️⃣ Theme:
Works must relate to “The World’s Joy at the Opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum.”
4️⃣ Technique:
Free – traditional or digital artwork accepted.
5️⃣ Format & Size:
File type: JPEG
Resolution: 300 DPI
Paper size: A3
6️⃣ Restrictions:
AI-generated works are not allowed.
Submitted works must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
7️⃣ Rights:
The organizing committee reserves the right to use selected artworks for promotional, printing, and media purposes (digital or print), always crediting the artist.
