Participants are expected to examine the concepts of Republic and democracy and produce works that stand on the side of humanity and freedom.

Works produced using artificial intelligence will not be accepted.
Submitted cartoons must not have previously won an award.

Participation Rules:
The contest is open to amateur and professional artists worldwide.
Participants may submit unlimited works.
However, no artist will receive more than one award.
All participants will receive a digital certificate.
