The organizers invite genuinely funny cartoons on any subject that can make people laugh.

Eligibility

Open to cartoonists 18 years of age and older.

Rules

Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 cartoons.

Submitted works must be original and must not have received awards in any previous competition.

AI-generated cartoons are not accepted.

Entries must be submitted in A4 format (21 × 29.7 cm).

Resolution: 300 DPI
