Regulations

The exhibition is organized by the Croatian Cartoonist Association.

Participation is open to all authors over the age of 18, regardless of nationality, gender, or profession.

Only digital artworks will be accepted.

Works must be A4 size, 300 dpi, JPEG format.

Black and white or coloured works are accepted.

Files must be named as follows:

name.surname.country.number (in case of more than one work).

Cartoons must not have been previously awarded at festivals.

A maximum of three entries may be submitted per author.

Entries must be sent by email.

The following information must be included in the email:

Name and family name

Address (street and house number)

Postal code and city

Country

Phone number

Every author whose work is included in the exhibition will receive a catalogue.

The organizer reserves the right to reproduce submitted works for promotional purposes of the Zagreb 2026 festival without any obligation to pay a fee to the author.

Prizes

First Prize: 1,000 EUR

Second Prize: 500 EUR

Third Prize: 300 EUR
