Participation Regulations
• Open to professional and amateur cartoonists worldwide who are 18 years of age or older.
• Participation is free of charge.
• Any number of original cartoons may be submitted.
• Works must be original and must not have received awards in previous competitions.
• Technique is free.
• Artwork size:
Minimum A5, maximum A3.
• Each work must be signed by the author.
• Works containing racial, ethnic, or religious hatred, commercial advertising, or content infringing third-party rights will not be accepted.
• By participating, artists agree to transfer submitted works to the organizer and allow their publication and exhibition for promotional and cultural purposes.
Digital Submission Requirements
• Maximum size: A3
• Format: JPEG
• Resolution: 300 dpi

Competition Schedule
• Competition announcement: June 2026
• Submission deadline: 15 August 2026
• Jury results announcement: by 10 September 2026
• Opening of exhibition: October 2026
Jury
• The jury consists of cartoonists and specialists involved in art theory and practice.
• Individual jury members have not yet been announced.
Awards

5,000 PLN + Trophy
🥈 Second Prize
4,000 PLN
• Additional special awards and distinctions will be granted, particularly for works created using traditional techniques.
• The jury reserves the right to modify, redistribute, or withhold awards.
Exhibition and Catalogue
• Selected works will be exhibited at the post-competition exhibition.
• The organizer plans to publish an exhibition catalogue.
