Eligibility
Open to cartoonists and comic artists from all over the world. There are no restrictions regarding age, nationality, gender, or profession.

Regulations
Each participant may submit 1 to 3 works. Entries may be cartoons or comics. Digital submissions must be scanned at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Individual and collaborative works are accepted. Each submission must include a short biography, a recent photograph, contact information, and the artist's signature on the artwork. Entries without the required information will not be considered. The international jury will evaluate the works online, and the results will be announced by October 9, 2026. (Ahram Online)
