Theme: caricature of Vojo Stanić,My Funniest Caricature.
The 10th International Caricature Festival “Kolašin 2025” will be held in Montenegro, marking the tenth anniversary of this global cartoon event.
Themes:
There are two topics this year:
A portrait caricature of Vojo Stanić, the famous Montenegrin painter.
My Funniest Caricature.
Each artist may submit only one work per topic, for a maximum of two works. Each submission must include the artist's full name, country, and the work’s number (e.g., JOHN SMITH, USA 1).

Technical Requirements:
There are no limitations on technique or size. All styles and approaches are welcome.
Awards:
For the Vojo Stanić portrait theme:
– First Prize: €500 + trophy + diploma + T-shirt featuring the winning work
– Second Prize: €300 + trophy + diploma + T-shirt
– Third Prize: €200 + trophy + diploma + T-shirt
For the theme "My Funniest Caricature":
– Best Work: €300 + trophy + diploma + T-shirt
Additionally, five Special Diplomas will be awarded across both themes.
Winners are required to send or bring the original works to receive their prizes.
Announcement of Results:
Winners will be announced on August 5, 2025, on international cartoon platforms.
The award ceremony will take place during August 2025 at the Cultural Center in Kolašin.
Special Festival Program:
An exhibition of Belgian caricature will also be presented, with several Belgian artists and representatives from the European Cartoon Center (ECC) attending.

The festival is organized by JU Centre for Culture Kolašin, with support from the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro and the Municipality of Kolašin.
