The festival welcomes all styles of cartoons, including topical, political, satirical, surreal, absurd and experimental works.

Regulations
Participation is open to cartoonists and artists from all countries.
There is no limit on the number of entries.
Works may be submitted in any language.
The festival particularly encourages submissions from women cartoonists and artists.
A short biographical note must accompany all submissions.
Any images used for festival publicity will be credited to the artist.
Selected works will be exhibited during the festival and published on the festival website.

Files must be sent as JPEG images at 300 dpi.

Original drawings and hand-signed prints are welcomed.
Artists wishing to submit originals should:
Include a return address.
Indicate the sale price of the artwork if they wish to offer it for sale.
Originals may also be exhibited without being offered for sale.
All original works will be returned at the festival's expense.
