After viewing 3,218 works by 978 authors from 72 countries around the world, 174 works by 123 authors were qualified for the post-competition exhibition and decided to award the following regular prizes:

Grand Prix of SATYRYKON 2021 and a cash prize of PLN 10,000 - ALI MIRAEE (Iran) for the work "Stepchild"

🥈II prize, a silver medal and a cash prize of PLN 6,000 - MICHAŁ STACHACZ (Poland) for his work "At the table"

🥉III prize, bronze medal and money award of PLN 5,000 - SHAHROKH HEIDARI (France) for the work "Family Presence"

and two equal distinctions of PLN 4,000 each:

🏅 AGIM SULAJ (Italy) for the work "Family"

 SULISTYO (Indonesia) for the work "Temperature check"

🥉 3rd prize, bronze medal and cash prize of PLN 5,000 - GRZEGORZ MYĆKA (Poland) for the work "Monster"

and two equal distinctions of PLN 4,000 each:
