Regulations
1️⃣ The exhibition is open to all artists — Caricaturists, Illustrators, Cartoonists, Sculptors, Designers, Graphic Artists, Printmakers, and Painters — from any country, age, or gender.
2️⃣ Each artist may submit up to 9 works.
3️⃣ Maximum size: A3 (42 × 30 cm).
4️⃣ Technique and medium: Free. All techniques are accepted, including painting, printmaking, traditional Chinese painting, oil, watercolor, sculpture, design, graphic art, or crafts.
5️⃣ Digital entries are welcome. Works should be submitted by email in electronic format (JPG, PNG, or PDF).
6️⃣ Works that have previously been awarded or exhibited in other contests are also accepted.
7️⃣ Each entry must include:
• Author’s full name, address, email, telephone number
• A short biography and photo
8️⃣ Artists must hold full copyright for their works and bear all related legal responsibilities.
9️⃣ Participation implies full acceptance of all conditions and the jury’s decision.

Publication
An official digital catalog (PDF) with selected works will be published and emailed to participating artists.
Some accepted works may be printed in brochures, posters, media, or world press materials for the purpose of promoting the exhibition — without additional compensation.
All copyrights remain with the authors. The organizer reserves the right to use selected works for exhibition promotion and documentation.
