About the Competition
Football is a universal language that transcends borders, cultures, and differences, much like cartoon art itself. Beyond being a sport, football has the power to unite people, create dialogue, and inspire reconciliation among nations.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers brought Kosovo close to qualification, a remarkable achievement for a young nation. This success is closely linked to the legacy of Fadil Vokrri, one of the most influential figures in Kosovo football history. Through this competition, organizers pay tribute to his contribution to sport and society while also celebrating artistic freedom through the Free Theme category.
Participation Rules
The competition is open to cartoonists worldwide.
Each participant may submit up to 5 works for each theme.
Cartoons may be in black and white or color.
Preferred size: 210 × 297 mm (A4).
Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.
Accepted file formats: JPEG, TIFF, PNG.
Entries must be submitted by e-mail.
