For Neill, everything starts with drawing: drawn metaphors that explore meanings by juxtaposing different visual elements.
The illustrator then uses prints, photocopies, icons, type, and found materials that he collages together to create an illustration.
Neill employs the element of surprise in his editorial illustration and gifs found on the pages of newspapers and magazines internationally.
