1 - THEME
The Civitelarte Cultural Association and the Municipality of Baschi organize
the (INTERNATIONAL) Crazy Cartoonists competition
for humorous and satirical cartoons on the theme:
"RENEWABLE ENERGY"
2 - PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to cartoonists from all over the world, with no territorial limit
3 – TECHNIQUES
Up to three unpublished works can be sent, made with any technique, in color or in black and white
, in the maximum format A4 (21x29.7 cm).
4 - TERMS AND DEADLINES
The works must be received no later than midnight on 1/6/2023
at the address  vignettistipazzi@gmail.com  in .jpg, .tiff or .pdf format at a resolution of 300 dpi,
together with the participation form (different for adults and minors, in the latter case
a parent will send us the form).
NB: the individual files must not exceed the weight of 5 MB

6 – AWARDS
1st Prize - plate + basket of local products
2nd Prize - plate + basket of local products
3rd Prize - plate + basket of local products
Award for the best work by an Italian cartoonist. Plaque + Basket of local products
“Public Vote” Award for the work most voted by the public. Basket of local products
The Jury reserves the right to report further works, which will not receive prizes and to exclude from the call for tenders
, at its sole discretion, any works deemed unsuitable for the proposed theme or not
ethically correct.
During the exhibitions of the works, there will be the possibility for visitors to indicate their
favorite work to compete for the "1st Prize voted by the Public".
By participating in the competition, the authors assign the non-exclusive right to publish the works on
any medium for promotional purposes without having anything to claim as copyright.
The "CIVITELLARTE CATALOGUE for Crazy Cartoonists" will be distributed online to the participants, with the
collection of the best participating works.
7 – Inauguration of the EXHIBITION
24 June at 4.30 pm inauguration at the Sala Brizzi Civitella del Lago.
Important cartoonists from all over Italy will intervene during the event who
will create caricatures and autographed cartoons, as well as selfies for dissemination activities
of the initiative on social networks (instagram, facebook , etc.).
You will find the works participating in the competition in the Sala Brizzi in Civitella del Lago while the cartoonists will be
in position for the caricatures always in Civitella del Lago in Porta Todina, Piazza Umberto I, Porta
Orvietana.
8 – AWARD GIVING
On 25/6/2023 at 17:30 in Civitella del Lago, in the Sala Brizzi, the final award ceremony will be held
with the coveted presence of all the participants.
