I'm Geoff Coates. By day I work as an art director for Capcom Studios in Vancouver. I've been working in the video game industry in Vancouver for 20 years, and I love it. By night (and ridiculously early morning), though, I'm Sadochicken: drawer of people with dis proportionally large noses.
This site's basically a collection of all of the work I like to do outside of work, including tutorials on my YouTube channel.
My style's constantly evolving, in increments I'm sure only I can see.
My long term goals for my art are fluid, but in general, what I want is a broad body of work. I want to try new things, I want to stretch myself creatively at all times.
