Yuri Kosobukin was born in 1950 in Iman (Russia).
An engineer by education, graduated from Aviation Institute.
In 1976 made his debut in the press as a cartoonist.
He won more than 500 various awards at International cartoon contests, among which more than 100 First and Grand Prizes.
Individual exhibitions in Cuba,France, Germany,Italy, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Yuri died in January 2013 in Kiev at the age of 63 years.
He was one of the most famous cartoonists of our time.
