ANDRE NEVES
Recife (Brazil) , 1973
Graduated in Communication and Public Relations (University of Pernambuco).
In 1995, he began his studies in art, and participated in various exhibitions which highlighted his abilities in both sketching and painting.
He has also studied at the Sarmede Summer School (Italy).
Andre has been awarded prizes by the National Foundation of Children´s Books, and the Association of Brazilian Writers.
In 2002, Andre participated in the XX International Stepan Zavrel Exposition of Children´s Illustrators.
He works as writer, illustrator, and graphic designer in Porto Alegre (Brazil).
Andre is the illustrator of "Butterfly Ears", also published by KALANDRAKA.
