1) Size: Unlimited
2) Maximum Number of Entries: Unlimited
3) Black & white or colored, any style, any technique will be accepted.

4) The cartoons must be created independently.
All cartoons must have been published anywhere
or awarded&selected in festivals worldwide.

5) Please write the following information with
each cartoon: name, address, tel & fax,
e-mail, title ,awards& exhibitions .

6) Participants are requested to send
together with their cartoons, an entry-form with signature,
a photograph or caricature.
The form can be downloaded at WWW.FCWFCW.COM

7) Titles or entry-form must be filled ou
in understandable English or Chinese.

4,Submitting

1) Please send Digital artworks (CD&Disk or by e-mail)
and good quality photocopies to this Magazine.

2) Original drawings will be accepted.

3) All cartoonists can participate through your own
E-mail by submitting your cartoon to: top@fcwfcw.com
Format:JPEG Size:max.1000k per cartoon Resolution ratio:100-300dpi

(Each e-mail must be accompanied by the
author's entry-form for the submitted cartoon.)

5,Copyright/Disclaimer

All participating cartoons will become part of the art
collection of FreeCartoonsWeb. The cartoons will be
displayed at FCWFCW.COM or may be used for
promotional purposes: cards, posters, catalogs,
newspapers, magazine and books etc. Participants
are considered to have accepted all the conditions and
are aware that their submissions may be reprinted
and used without future monetary compensation

6,Prizes:

All selected cartoonists will receive a free
CD-Magazine about 'FCW TOP1000 CARTOONISTS',
Certificate ,and a gold card.
