The 6th International Tehran
 Cartoon Biennial

The secretariat of the sixth international Tehran cartoon
 biennial, invites all cartoonists from all over the world
to participate this contest.
Regulations:
1. theme : a) robbery  b) caricature (portrait)  c)free
 2. Number: of art works: cartoonists can send at
most 3 artworks in each section
3. Dimensions: the art works should not be
 larger than A3 paper (30×42cm)
4. Prizes:
a) in theme section: First prize : US$ 3000.00
Second prize: US$ 1500.00
Third prize: US$ 1000.00
b) in other sections: First prize: US$ 2000.00
Second prize: US$ 1000.00
Third prize: US$ 750.00
c) 10 honorary award
5. Deadline: the original art works should be
received to the secretariat no longer than
1st September 2003
