White Crow Cartoon Group
This group was founded in 1997 by some professional cartoonists and caricaturists whose main occupation was cartoon-comic strip –caricature and animation. Till March 2000 this group has managed to hold 3-cartoon exhibition in Tehran and one in Ankara, Turkey (1999)As a matter of fact the main aim of the members from forming the group was to introduce cartoon as a pure art ignoring its other definitions also the members of the group believe that the gatherings cause them to shave their experiences and also it will create them a space for further experiences. At the present time most of the members are teaching in “house of cartoon” and till how they’re managed to traina new generation of cartoonists or at list cartoon lovers and also encourage them to work together and form some amateur groups.
