Moses Kayra, Huseyin Cakmak, Mustafa Tozakı, Arif A. Albayrak, M. Serhan Gazioglu, Silas and Mehmet Usar Fig İncirli'den Members of the Selection Committee, on 23 November 2010, Nicosia, Cyprus, the Turkish Union of Tabib Lokali'nde collected works by 52 cartoonists from 22 countries a total of 53 works by evaluating the competition, the award-winning cartoonists like this identified:
