1st Salon Interplanetary
MAD and Brazilcartoon

01 - The 1st Salon Interplanetary MAD, is being organized by the Brazilian and MAD magazine Brazilcartoon,

will be conducted in accordance with the following schedule:

Registration: until April 25, 2010
Award: May 10, 2010

PARTICIPATION:

The Hall is open to all graphic artists of any planet in this solar system in terms cartoon, caricature or Comics. Each participant can subscribe toas many categories as you wish, unlimited amount of jobs, his own authority and UNPUBLISHED, subject to cases of non-compliance with these conditions to the cancellation or forfeiture of prizes or entries received without prejudice other penalties that fit, including criminal.

CATEGORIES:

FUNNY CARTOON: Design humorous without necessary connection with any particular fact, but should be FUN. So, no cartoons depressive mental.

CARICATURE THEME: Merge great names of history, celebrities, politicians and so on with the figure of Alfred E. Neuman, as is done on the covers of MAD.

Comics (HQ) or Strips: Any story told in sequential steps / frames.

The criterion of winners will be how much is funny.

REGISTRATION:

Registration is free and can be made online.
The artist may participate by sending their work only through e-mail:

A4 format - JPG, 300 dpi, RGB color, up to 2MB per email.

All entries will have their images reproduced for dissemination. And depending on the quality can be published in an edition of MAD talking about the prize.

AWARDS:

09 - will be awarded prizes:

1st Place trophy gold tooth + 2 MAD magazines and T-shirt Brazilcartoon
2 nd Place trophy tooth silver + 2 MAD magazines and T-shirt Brazilcartoon
3 rd Place trophy tooth bronze + 2 MAD magazines and T-shirt Brazilcartoon

2 Entries will be awarded for every category.

Simply set up automatic enrollment of the participant agreement with all terms of this regulation.
