The First Blue Sky International Cartoon Contest

Regulations:
  1. The competition is open to professional cartoonists from all over the world.

   2. The participants must be send their personal information, photo, and short biography with their cartoons.

3. ENTRIES: 4 cartoon.
4. The works should have been awarded in no other cartoon contest
in world.

 5. The digital file of the artwork should be in JPG format, in 1200 pixel
size and with 200 dpi resolutions.

 7. Technique: black & white or colored, any style, any technique will
be accepted.

    8. The organizers hold all the rights to  publish the cartoons submitted  to the contest and use them for promotional purposes: cards, posters, catalogs, newspaper, magazine, and books, etc.

May 30, 2010

11.The Prizes:
Grand prize: 5000 euro
First Prize: 3000 euro
Second Prize: 1500 euro
Third Prize: 700 euro
Awards of Success: 300 euro
