Serious notification  to Mohammad Ali Khalaji

 It’s a time that we observe cartoons in International contests
 and competitions that by optimism we can mention
them as inevitable similarities.

Although the subject of inevitable similarities in cartoon
 is an unavoidable matter, but the great number
of such works makes the doubt of copying in the minds.

Unfortunately it’s a time that this doubt is expanding,
 because of many similar cartoons
of Mohammad Ali Khalaji from Iran.

This event made the mind of universal cartoon society
 pessimistic and suspicious toward art of cartoon in Iran,
 that Iranian artists made great efforts for its exaltation.

Site of Iran Cartoon is so sorry for this event,
 and is hopeful by giving serious notification not
to see such problems in cartoon field in the future.
